"The hotel is very conveniently located, close to Minato Mirai Station, and has many options for shopping and dining at MARK IS. The hotel rooms are large and have new facilities. You can see Mount Fuji in the room when the weather is good. The staff are enthusiastic and speak good English."

"Very welcoming from lobby staff and spacious room with very nice shower and toilet. Although the location is not the most central but Yokohama is a small area and metro is about 10mins walk. Good thing that there’s a Lawson just across the road. Cons: can’t seems to operate the tv. Can’t watch YouTube (maybe we don’t know how to use). Wish there’s English instructions. It’s a shame there’s no coin laundry nearby. It will be nice."

"Room size abit small but still can open 2 large luggage. Love the bathroom, can choose to use bathtub or the shower area where there is a stool to sit while bathing.. The shampoo/conditioner/bath wash are of good quality and smell really nice. Hotel also provide facial oil,cleanser,toner, and moisturiser from kose, in individual packet, so convenient!!Staff response to my urgent email promptly when I seek help on parking lot due to unable to return rental car on time. Really appreciate their professionalism!"

"I stayed in this hotel with my wife during one night. Though the location was not so good due to the distance that was a little too far to walk to the closest subway's station, the facility was so clean and the service was excellent, so I strongly recommended to you if your priority is ”staying in excellent hotel to mitigate your stress and another reasons, but if not, you had better choose different hotel in the case of enjoying sightseeing or business."

"The hotel location is perfect and it is just opposite to Yokohama CosmoWorld. Special thanks to Guest Experience Manager - Hong-Sun Synn, he helped us to exchange the room while we found our room had some noice which is caused by strong wind and made us cannot sleep. Mr. Synn came to our room and handle our case immediately, we appreciated to his care and handling."

"駅から割と近くて良かったです。全体的に綺麗でしたが、エアコンのスイッチを入れる際、蓋を開けたらほこりがびっちり着いていた。最初カビかと思ってびっくりした。フロント横に貸し出し用の色々な種類のシャンプーやリンスがあり、また入浴剤のサービスがありとても良かった。線路から近いため電車の音が気になった。ホテルの上に設置されているホテルメトロの看板が古臭く感じさせるのとラブホ感があり、英語表記にするなど今風にすればもっと利用し易いのではと思った。外出の際、あまりに人通りが多く恥ずかしかった。色々書いたが全体的には満足です。ありがとうございました。"

"I stayed here the night before participating in the Yokohama Marathon. It was a very clean and comfortable room. I got a slightly better plan, so I was able to use the equipment refurbishment service, which made me very satisfied. The location is easy to find, less than a 10-minute walk from the station ticket gate. It's right in the middle of the downtown area, and there are love hotels around, but that doesn't bother me. It's convenient and has everything you need, whether you're going shopping or going to a restaurant. I'd definitely like to stay here again next year if there's availability."

"There is an ice cube machine, which is great! But there are only 2 washing machines downstairs, I hope there can be two more. The staff at the counter are very, very friendly. Lawson is next door, which is very convenient. It's about a 5-minute walk from the station, which is also very convenient. There are elevators along the way, so you don't need to carry your luggage yourself. There is also free breakfast in the morning, which is delicious and highly recommended! Will definitely come back and stay again."
