"Stayed at this new hotel, which boasts excellent facilities. However, the location is a bit distant from any train station. Enjoyed a delightful dinner at the restaurant. The room and bed size were good."
"Very welcoming from lobby staff and spacious room with very nice shower and toilet.
Although the location is not the most central but Yokohama is a small area and metro is about 10mins walk. Good thing that there’s a Lawson just across the road.
Cons: can’t seems to operate the tv. Can’t watch YouTube (maybe we don’t know how to use). Wish there’s English instructions.
It’s a shame there’s no coin laundry nearby. It will be nice."
"Actually same trip with previous comment, we just made the booking separately for trying the hotel's breakfast for 1 day.
We paid for upgrading the room from studio to 1 bedroom one, a bit expensive but it's really worth for it. The room is clean and large, and with balcony that we can take great picture there, nice day and night view!! Since it's kind of service apartment, the kitchen tools are available for use, and there is a supermarket nearby the hotel, we bought food there (yummy Japanese beef...strawberry......etc.) and made sukiyaki ourselves as night snack. XD
Hotel has lounge for free coffee and tea, as well as gym room, the facilities are more than enough.
There are 2 style of set breakfast - Japanese style and West style, we chose Japanese's one and it's tasty, the fish is yum yum."

"room is very clean, staff are very kind and patient to help you.
there are a lot of restaurants close to the hotel.
this time main purpose is to pia arena which is walking distance from the hotel, very good location for me.
all is good, definitely will choose this hotel if i travel to yokohama again."
"I stayed in this hotel with my wife during one night. Though the location was not so good due to the distance that was a little too far to walk to the closest subway's station, the facility was so clean and the service was excellent, so I strongly recommended to you if your priority is ”staying in excellent hotel to mitigate your stress and another reasons, but if not, you had better choose different hotel in the case of enjoying sightseeing or business."
"The location of the hotel is excellent especially there is bus services to Narita airport right in front of the hotel.
The location is also near to Hammerhead pier where shopping ad food are available.
The view from the window is wonderfully impressive and beautiful.
The staff are all friendly and helpful
The room is spacious and clean.
The Ocean cafeteria located on the ground level serves excellent buffet where we enjoyed good food and Sushi.
We enjoyed our stay here and would certainly recommend our friends and relatives when they visit Yokohama."
"Very convenient place for any access in transportation. Plus the amenities they have gym and coffee/ tea bar area you can get as long as you want. And most specially when you go down to the hotel, it's right there the Seven Eleven convenience store 🤗"
"The rooms are very clean and equipped with the bare necessities.
Toyoko Inn quality. The staff smile and respond appropriately.
Breakfast is included in the room rate, but there are times when I don't eat it, so I wish they would offer a plan without meals."
"Although it was a hotel for adults, the exterior and interior were not much different from a regular hotel. The interior was spacious and easy to use, just like an adult hotel."
"The room is very standard Toyoko Inn. The hotel shuttle bus currently stops at platform 31 outside the T2 exit. However, there are too many people in the hotel. At 10 pm, there are still passengers arriving from T3 who can't get on the bus. There are also crowds of people when checking in at the hotel. I wanted to buy a bottle of water at the convenience store on the right side of the lobby, but the small bottles of water were sold out. It was as crowded as the Spring Festival travel rush. There are no disposable slippers, but luckily I prepared them. The shuttle bus is very convenient, but I would not come next time if I can. There are too many people."

思思思賢 Chill My BabeDuring my recent trip to Tokyo, I stayed three nights at the Mitsui Garden Hotel Yokohama Minatomirai Premier, and it was fantastic! The sea view was breathtaking, and the attention to detail made my stay incredibly comfortable. My room had floor-to-ceiling windows that brought in stunning views—whether it was the ocean by day or the city lights at night, I could never get enough!
The hotel’s amenities were a delight. I loved the rooftop pool and the indoor gym, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The Italian restaurant and bar offered delicious food, and I highly recommend the breakfast.
The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The modern design, inspired by Yokohama’s cruise culture, added a unique touch to my stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I felt I truly got my money's worth!
LLi_annaOur 4th time in Japan and 2nd time in this lovely hotel. Thank you for the upgrade to the harbour view room. From Nagano to Tokyo to Yokohama.
We are delighted to see the best customer service hotel receptionist again, Yuito. He attended to us during our 1st time here. And this time round, he assisted us again. We requested for extra blanket at late hour for my son as it’s very cold even though we on the heater. He sent it to our room with his smiley and friendly face despite the last hour.
Thank you Yuito.
U are the best staff there to us:)
We bought my husband’s birthday cake at the pastry shop just beside this hotel. They have delicious cakes and pastries. While waiting for my husband to put the cake in the room fridge, I sat outside the shop while feeding my son in his stroller with doughnut that I bought from the shop. I was told off by the guy staff not to sit there even tho there’s no one out there as it’s during winter. I told him I’m feeding my son and will only sit for like 5-7mins while waiting for my husband who went up to the hotel room before we off for our itinerary.
He went in to talk to other staffs, and came back to me that today will be exceptional just for me.
I know the shop is not directly under Citadines but
I would appreciate if the shop can place a label/sign on the table or outside the shop in English that no sitting is allowed unless dine in and not takeaway.
A little understanding and kindness goes a long way.
GGuest UserVery nice hotel, right next to Tsurumi Station, very convenient, only three stops away from Yokohama Station, very convenient to travel. Next to the hotel is a large shopping mall, and there are also drugstores and various restaurants nearby. The room is not small, the price is only more than 300 yuan, and the breakfast is a Starbucks meal coupon downstairs, equivalent to RMB 60 per person, which feels very cost-effective. Worth recommending.
33LittlePigsI would have given a 5 star rating for service but got a very bad experience with this one staff call Yashiro (she wasn’t wearing a name tag but told us this name after we asked a few times for her name).
We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights, for 6 people. On the second evening when we return to the rooms, we found out that our room wasn’t cleaned. Later found out that we need to put the magnet tag outside of the door if we need cleaning. Which is fine and we were not complaining about this. But we needed new towels. We called the reception separately and got hanged up! The receptionist said a bunch of “maybe” English or mixed with Japanese, then hang up. I called again and explained we needed new towels, she said “no towels!” Then hang up. I called again, same answer, then hang up. We then go down to the lobby, this same girl looked annoyed and said NO TOWELS! Her level of service was just very bad and unacceptable!
It was only until when we asked for her name, she acted she didn’t understand English. Then I spoke in Japanese asking for her name. Then her attitude changed. Gave us 3 towels. I said we needed 6 for 6 people. Then she said no again! I said it is ridiculous if the hotel only has 4 clean towels!
And I will write my experience on my booking platform. Then she finally took us to our floor and said there are many towels there.
To be fair, all other staff was very friendly, including the boy who checked us in and the girl called Monya who checked us out and helped us with delivering the luggages to our next hotel.
I don’t need compensation from this hotel as I will not be returning to this hotel again because of this one bad staff but I surely hope management can give her better training on how to handle simple customer requests with a right attitude.
GGuest UserThis is my fav hotel during japan trip.
Location is great, just few mins walk from exit station yokohama, with escalator access available. Yokohama is big city with easy access to tokyo, I highly recommend people coming to tokyo to stay in yokohama due to many factors!
I chose this room because the size is bigger compared to hotels in tokyo, which turn out to be great! The room has big windows, sofa, enough space to open big luggages. We really find this as huge benefit cz small room really limit your movement.
The amenities are available to pick up at lobby area, really convenient.
Room is clean, well maintained, modern.
Staff are friendly and efficient!
Excellent stay overall and I would definitely come back if I go japan again!
GGuest UserIt's a very old hotel. You have to carry your luggage down to the front desk on the next floor. Remember to take the underground passage when you come out of the station. It goes straight to the end. Turn left and take the elevator. You will see it on your left. When I first looked for it, I stupidly looked for it on the road. I walked around a lot and there were not many sidewalks on the road. Since Yokohama, the hotel only provides towels for one person.
MMatty LWe stayed for the firework on NYE and this hotel delivered!! (Although I did go to the pier to enjoy it with the crowd). This hotel is located above Cross Gate which is a 3-4 level mall mainly of restaurants. I missed the info that they have a car park right under the building so I parked for an hour outside but that's fine. I wish it was multiple entries though. Car park is definitely challenging for bigger cars but manageable. Back to the hotel, it's typical Japanese size or even smaller if it's a two bed room. Breakfast was proper buffet style and I mean the room can fit maybe 30-40 tables if not more so you can imagine their offering is superb in both western and Japanese style. My only regret is I was too tired to walk and try each plate they offer!! Room is tiny but it can be excused by the view. Although I saw some constructions starting so the view might be blocked next time I come :( The only concern I had is that some lifts can connect to the mall bypassing the reception. So literally anyone could arrive to your door, which caught me by surprise a little.
GGuest UserI was stayed at 26th floor. I didn't realize I could see the Mount Fuji from my room. I was very exciting. Besides, I was very satisfied in the bath tub. The size was very decent for me. In addition, there was a 7-11 downstairs, which was very convenient. I will stay there again or recommend to my friends.

YYSLimFor a solo traveller on a short trip, this was a great way to save money and still get a really good quality stay. If you’ve never stayed in a capsule hotel before, you probably need a while to work out your own ‘system’ as things aren’t all within your reach (there is a storage room for your luggage and a small locker for personal items/valuables, and they are located in different rooms so you have to make sure you have everything with you to save time going from place to place). However, once you figure this out, your stay would be great. It’s the ultimate convenience at a low cost - the hotel is a five-minute walk away from the station and there’re a few convenience stores nearby. It is extremely clean as one would expect of a Japanese capsule hotel. Loungewear is provided, together with towels, and toiletries as well. Absolutely wonderful.
GGuest UserNice to set my foot again to this hotel. It was the hotel accommodation I booked during my first trip in Japan. Still the same except they dont offer breakfast . The staffs are friendly and helpful.
The average price for hotels in Yokohama is AED 530 on weekdays, and AED 712 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
