Nice view with a fair price. I was trying to confirm the location of the parking lots with the staff but the front desk of this hotel is located above the ground floor. Overall, it is a good hotel.

The hotel provides good service and close proximity to attractions. I like that the hotel provides customers to take the necessary packets of lotion, facial wash etc accordingly to one’s needs from the lobby.

A beautiful hotel that's more or less right next to Shin-Yokohama station and within sight of Yokohama Arena. You can find a 7-11 on the ground floor, next to the elevators, while a direct link to the Prince PePe shopping center leads you to some eateries and a supermarket. It appears to be mostly frequented by business folk, at least when we visited in late November. Checking in was a smooth process with the friendly, English-speaking concierge. You'll want to grab some amenities such as washcloths, cotton pads, and shaving cream before taking the long elevator ride up to your room. We had a nice view overlooking the city seeing how we were past the 30th floor, though said view gets better once you head to the top for teppanyaki or the lovely lounge. Visit the latter at dusk to soak in the panoramic sight and count passing trains while you sip on house cocktails and savor their beef tagliata. Or maybe treat yourself to a dram of Hibiki 25 -- you deserve it. The double room is more business than leisure, though clean and comfortable enough to relax in after a long day out. There's a safe and a mini-fridge, as well as an air-conditioning remote mounted on the wall, and a room control panel by the bedside. There's also a table right by the TV that could pass as a work desk (with accompanying chair) if needed, though I much prefer the sofa by the windows so I can ruminate on my choices while at the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum. I should also mention that the housekeeping staff are incredibly warm and friendly should you cross paths. It's these little things that make a stay enjoyable, you know? Excellent value and a definite return should Yokohama ever be on the itinerary again.

I think it is based on the person, but if you walk from the east exit of JR Yokohama station to Nissan headquarters building, it is a hotel in another block, so there is a choice here if it is not painful to walk. 1F Enter the hotel entrance and the front desk is 9F so it is in the elevator. This is my first choice hotel when staying around the Shin Yokohama station. Hotel room is clean, the staff are very friendly. There is also a small lounge for drinking coffee and tea. Location is good, it is on top of the station and there are many stores in the building.

Travelled on a day trip to Yokohama to see a few sights. We went to the Manyo Club after researching they had private onsens on site. Our family of four rented the family room for an hour. We were not disappointed as we had a great time and it was a tick on our bucket list. However, we were rushed for time and could not enjoy the rest of Club Manyo's amenities that were included in the admission fee we paid. Communicating with the club staff was also challenging as we spoke little Japanese and they spoke little English. However, the staff were lovely and welcoming. We were happy for the experience.

I stayed with my family at the end of the winter vacation. I came with 2 junior high school students and 2 adults. I chose it because there was a parking lot at the time of booking and it was close to the station. I booked a room with twin bed and a sofa bed. I thought I was betrayed because I had an incredible amount of breakfast 1800 yen / 1 people. When I stopped before to check the parking lot for the hotel, the woman came to the car and dropped the heavy luggage and guided me to the front desk and checked in smoothly. We had a welcome drink. The female staff delivered my luggage to the room on the 12th floor. Guided to the room and unlike the room I booked, I prepared a twin bed, a sofa bed and an extra bed. There is also a space to put your luggage. The room cleaning is perfect. Clean bathroom, bed making and beautiful amenities were available. It was a 2-day stay, but the linen was replaced every day and the garbage was recovered and cleaned. Breakfast was delicious and we were able to spend time relaxing. Thank you. We will definitely make a reservation next time we come to Yokohama. It is a hotel that can be recommended to everyone.
