JR米子駅から徒歩5分程の距離にあり、１本路地を入ったところにあります。設備面で多少の古さは感じますが、宿泊には問題ない程度かと思います。ホテルのフロントが階段を上がった先になるので、大きな荷物のある方はちょっとしんどいかもしれません。とはいえ、価格もリーズナブルですし、駅近で周囲に飲食店も多数あるので、滞在に特段不便を感じる事はないと思います。駐車場も完備されていますが、1台300円の有料で、中型車以上は駐車不可になります。バイクの駐輪場もあり、こちらは無料で利用できます。
