The receptionist's attitude was poor. I have stayed in many hot spring hotels, and this experience was the worst. The hotel food quality is very poor, not fresh at all.
The photos provided when booking the room do not match the actual room. The private bath in the photo actually requires a paid reservation. Very unpleasant accommodation experience

The room was too hot to adjust and requested 2 fans, but the hotel only had one available. Most of the staff don't understand English, and the room has a bad smell. Breakfast was more disappointing;overall, the room rate was too expensive.
