設施：真的讓我很意外
環境：環境真的很差
衞生：一進門 就看見床頭邊上有 煙灰 我還下去前台跟他們説 他們還死不承認
服務：然後那個客房的阿姨一直狡辯説他有檢查，怎麼可能會有煙灰，還問我是不是我抽了 我真的很生氣 我剛進來，怎麼可能有抽煙，你不信你上去聞一下房間有沒有煙味 真的是 前台和客房阿姨 一直在狡辯 語氣特別不好 後面我想退房間 那個前台 死活不讓我退 説給我換個房間 在補20塊錢 換了一個 一點都不透氣 我差點沒憋死在那個房間，燈光又暗
後面我就走了， 那個前台也沒給我退錢 我真的很意外 沒住3小時就花了91塊錢 你們老闆知不知道 有你們這樣的員工 他會不會被氣死💢

算是外出住的酒店裡最差的幾家之一吧，住的房間西照就算了，那一面居然沒有窗簾，然後空調開了好幾個小時温度都沒有降下來，衹好一家四口都躲在內間，衞生間也不乾淨，床墊也是塌的，真是後悔極了，以後一百來塊的酒店打死也不能定
