The night light in the room cannot be turned off. I asked the waiter and he said it was specially set. The key point is why make it so bright? The room is very bright all night long. It can only be turned off by pulling out the power card. I am really speechless that such a useless function is set. The lights went out when the power card was pulled out, but the air conditioner didn't work because there was no electricity in the room, the socket didn't work, and the sound insulation in the room was not good. In addition: the public areas of the hotel were very cold and there was no air conditioning. The room was average, and the shower water temperature was hard to control, either too cold or too hot, which was uncomfortable. I'd stay in another hotel next time!

前段時間入住了希爾頓歡朋酒店，本來是一次普通的住宿，卻因為一個小插曲讓我對這家酒店好感爆棚。
本來當天因為工作的事，喝了一些酒，很晚才到，隔壁房間嘰嘰喳喳的，吵的我睡不着覺，自己脾氣就不太好，就給前台打電話反饋，
接電話的前台vivi 他先是真誠致歉，然後耐心處理對接隔壁客人，全程沒有一絲推諉，很快處理完成了。
但是我因為心情煩躁，一直在輸出一些臟話，沒有掛電話，全程將近2小時，她一直很誠懇也很負責，安撫我的情緒，最後竟然我睡著了 ，電話還在繼續中
第二天一早我下樓吃早餐，大廳的早班工作人員第一時間認出我，特別關心詢問我昨天睡眠如何，搞得我都不好意思了，真的非常感謝

剛開業的酒店味道也不是很重，出差從這過，還是大酒店品牌放心一點，房間乾淨衞生，到店還送了歡迎水果，早上來不及吃早飯還有早餐隨行包，整體體驗還是很好的，前台小姐姐Alice taotao服務很好，都很熱情，點個贊！

閨蜜去永城遊玩，想着給安排一個品牌酒店，入住舒服一些，來的時候都喝多了，入住時候前台比較貼心，酒店提前給開了空調，客房一個大姐給放了好幾瓶水在房間，值得提一下床墊真的很舒服，軟硬度都挺好的，她準備下單買個回家用，😀在當地算是很棒的酒店了，沒有之一，哈哈哈閨蜜也比較喜歡，特別交代一定給人家宣傳一下，哈哈哈我也比較放心，招待親戚朋友還得選擇品牌酒店，放心，安心一些
