房間設施有點老舊了，現在同價位的賓館已經非常先進了，如智能化程度，電動窗簾等，我住了四天洗澡間門口的布好像一次沒換，第二天沒有熱水洗澡，而且水流特別小，早餐應該再提升一下，在春節期間連個餃子都沒有，既然提供早餐就應該再精細一些。飯店位置很好，周邊配套設施完善，商場飯店超市一應俱全。

目前住過的星程最差的酒店
地段好，永城中心，大商金博大樓上。但優點僅限於此。
大堂大門敞開，凍的人瑟瑟發抖。
酒店電梯和商用電梯都在一個電梯處。酒店有且衹有一部專用電梯，6-11層停。人多時間超級難等。
房屋設施較為老舊，地毯多有煙頭坑或者破損。走廊地毯不平整，地毯下似乎有埋線路，不注意容易絆腳。
枕頭不舒服，其中一個枕套用手拿起時，居然撕裂了一個大口子，感覺枕套反覆清洗時間久了，並未更換，已經風化了。
其他方面馬馬虎虎，如果説是一般的老酒店尚可接受，説是星程的話，有點掉價了。這條件還不如住漢庭。

從沒住過這麼差的星程酒店，整個酒店破舊不堪，空調不制熱，前台茶水大冬天是涼的，和商場公用電梯，沒有一點安全感，訂的商務間，進門感覺進入了80年代，很少評價，真的一言難盡，儘量避雷！！！

馬桶蓋上的臟東西都沒處理，最主要是房間的布草不知道是用什麼洗的，蓋在身上火辣辣的，腿上還過敏了，昨晚住的到現在腿上還過敏，一碰就疼，體驗感太差，馬桶上的東西不知道是啥，沒好意思拍照。
