差評吵，根本睡不了，一樓kTV根本沒隔音，1點了還在吵，老舊空調一開起來咔咔一直響沒停過。打電話給前台，一女的接，牛的呀，就是這樣的，吵也沒辦法。衞生一般，淋浴器對着門，滿地水，床單微黃，門反鎖不了，好吧，聽勸多走一步，去城裡住

雖然設施由於新開業不久還不算太完善，但都基本完備，入住還是舒適的。老闆大姐一家特別熱心，永春到福州的商務車班車還是老闆女兒刷**幫忙找的，絕佳。春節期間入住，因為炸佛和舞龍等民俗活動令膩了城市生活的一大家子都開開心心，還能足不出樓就可以品嚐山裡美味。
地理位置絕佳。達埔賓館位於東園村，賓館門前元宵節有舞龍舞獅；步行幾百米過了高速橋就是巖峯村尤聖宮，元宵炸佛無論是強度和時間長度都極震撼。對面還有家非遺小吃麻粩傳承人店，喜歡他家的金桔蜜餞。

元宵節住這裏，先看炸佛，回酒店之後又在門口看舞龍，老闆一家人非常友好，酒店蠻新的，一、二層吃飯，三、四層住宿，門口和對面都可以停車。
