I have never encountered such a bad front desk. I booked a king-size bed room in advance, but when it was time, they didn't say anything and didn't reserve a room for me. Now there is no king-size bed, only twin beds. They didn't ask us if we agreed or not, and directly gave us a twin bed room. This hotel is really lucky to have such a front desk staff. I have never been so speechless. Don't book it or you will be really pissed off. This is the first time I write such a long review. The hotel should think about it! The staff should do more training. They don't even have the most basic courtesy and etiquette. This is the first lesson before taking up the post. Don't you train them?
