The service is very good. They even picked me up at the airport late at night. Just make an appointment with the front desk in advance. The front desk lady also took the initiative to upgrade the room. The facilities are relatively complete, and the laundry room is free to use. The cleaning lady has a good service attitude. The pick-up and drop-off master is very capable and can adjust the TV. It's just that some details in the room need to be further repaired and improved, such as mirror lights, shower heads, switch designs, etc. The surrounding area is relatively convenient, and there is a halal beef noodle restaurant next to it that is quite delicious.

Returning from the Hexi Corridor, I transferred in Lanzhou, so I booked the hotel next to the airport. The hotel facilities are very new and the decoration is good. The driver and the front desk lady are very good and the pick-up is fast. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to the airport, and the online car-hailing is also very good, about 12-15 blocks. There is a canteen on the first floor of the hotel, you can buy food in the early flight, and there are three baths hahaha.

The hotel is right next to the airport, very easy to find. There is a special airport shuttle driver, which is very convenient. The room is very clean, the bedding is neat, and the sound insulation is very good. The breakfast is Lanzhou-style beef noodles, which is very comfortable to eat hot. There is also a supermarket on the first floor and a Chinese restaurant on the second floor, which has stir-fry dishes and hot pot, making it very convenient to eat.

I chose to stay close to the airport so that I can bound a flight easily to diffrent places. The hotel is also within 15 minutes walk to Lanzhou new area railway to give me easy train ride (40 minutes) to Lanzhou west (main) station. The only down side is if you are coming back late, there are very limited trains to the new area railway, and nothing to Zhongchuang airport railway either except private ride (around 75 km, price is 28 yuan for the shared ride or 200 yuan for solo). However, once you can manage to get to the airport, there will be free shuttles from the hotel just by calling to their friendly staffs. I can highly recommend the hotel to anyone. I really appreciate the visions of the hotel founder (his book can be found when you enter the room :) who successfully created hotel homes for travellers. I felt comfortable and home there.

👎The shower or sink was smelly on the first day, but it was better on the second day. 👌The free pick-up service after arriving at Nakagawa Airport at 1 a.m. was awesome. Overall, the price/performance ratio is quite high, I can accept it, thank you!

差評，巨差，定這個酒店就是因為離機場近，要趕早班機，住店時告知可送機提前10分鐘下來即可，我們提前15分鐘下來，在外面凍了15分鐘仍上不去車，原因擠不過一羣長者家，安排不合理，要不你就多安排幾輛車，要不你就管理好排好隊按順序上車，等了那麼久坐不上車最後還是自己打車，很多出租車因為太近不接客，很浪費時間，差點趕不上飛機。
