老闆特別好，酒店服務也很到位，早餐很豐富，客人特別多，很多都是親子游過來住宿的。房間組合也和人性化一個床有1.5米還一個床有1.3米正好符合一家三口可以住的比較舒服，房間也很大，衞生間和淋浴間乾濕分離。

縣城裡最漂亮的酒店，舒適度與大城市無異。從廣州到永和縣尋祖，除了如願以償，天意安排我在這度過70生日。酒店餐廳熱情的送上壽桃，暖心欣喜！餐廳的菜很好吃。酒店房間有一本厚厚的縣誌，裏面有我的親人。家鄉的民風淳樸可親。黃河乾坤灣離永和縣城不遠。從佛教天堂小西天過來，住宿文昌酒店，再到乾坤灣清水灣感受黃河的神韻，是極好的行程。

房间没施齐全，床上用品干净卫生，两种拖鞋使用方便，特别是床头灯没计独出心裁非常好用（見附照片）。仃車方便管理员认真负责。早歺品种丰富，歺厅菜品口味好，价格合理。不限量提供瓶装饮用水非常好。
改进意見是淋浴房花洒是固定于墙上使用不方便（見附照片）最好改为手持花洒。

一個新開的酒店設計竟然如此反人類，大開眼界！
1、親子房兩張床衹有中間有個小牀頭櫃，上面有兩個插座，還被小度佔了一個，兩邊就算沒有地方放牀頭櫃，起碼弄個插座吧，你見過哪個酒店床頭附近就一個插座的？這竟然是新開的酒店，震驚了！
2、整個酒店所有房型都沒有辦公桌，不是非要那種獨立的，就連牆上延伸出來的那種也沒有。
3、空調不能調風量，控制面板衹能開關和定時，定時比風量調節還重要嗎？
還有其他細節問題就不一一列舉了，體驗一言難盡。
