Checked in from 11/16 to 11/18. I called for several days but no one answered the phone. I couldn't ask for advice. After checking in, I found that there was no heating. The service staff mentioned some problems and brought a heater to me. The counter staff are all students who came for internship. Overall, I think if you don't mind paying a few hundred dollars more, staying at the Holiday Inn would be a better choice. At least it's an international hotel chain. The facilities are complete and the service is attentive. There will be no such thing as no one answering the phone or no heating.
