Super spacious and clean accommodation. We were lucky enough to be given a free upgrade to a room with a living area. The breakfast also had a wide selection of Chinese foods. Special shoutout to 郑玉倩 from the front desk who really helped us greatly in navigating the WeChat bookings for our bus ride back to the airport and restaurant booking as we did not have a Chinese phone number. The staffs were all really welcoming and friendly as well. We hope to be back! It was a great stay!

Overall good stay. Close to the resort and well managed. One thing though, is that they charge the same rate regardless even if only one person uses it - a room comes with 2 ski tickets and etc. wish they could adjust for solo travelers

去年山湖居還不錯 今天體驗感超級差 房間有味 下午3點多去辦理入住告知沒房還要等
更差的是 床異響嚴重 枕頭超級矮 給前台打電話説高枕頭用沒了 一晚上都沒怎麼睡 住山湖居建議自帶枕頭 真沒住過這麼差的酒店 建議大家去北大壺下面農家樂住 都比山湖居好

入住雪湖居酒店房間裏環境挺好的 也很乾凈 過程中出了點小插曲不過前台人員很積極的在給我們解決 特別表揚肖涵，鮑興林，王浩還有禮賓徐建 還送了小禮品，下次還會再光臨。

第一次來北大湖滑雪，被分配到8號樓，距離J索非常近，比其他酒店性價比高很多，房間比我想象中大很多，還有個榻榻米，前台王百妍徐千嬌禮賓閆禹張海南微信服務態度不錯。
