Location Location Location Location. Beidahu is one of the best ski resort area in China. Holiday Inn Beidahu is right near the epicenter of the action. It does take a shuttle bus to get to the main ski center so it is not exactly a ski in, ski out type of hotel. However, it was surprisingly convenient! There are shuttle buses every few minutes and the journey only lasts also a few minutes ride as well. We did not feel inconvenienced at all, we were quite impressed actually at the frequency! The room we had was very spacious, modern and clean. Completely up to par by international standards. The reception staff was very accomodating and even helped to arrange our transportation to and from the hotel back to the train station. The breakfast is very impressive as well - lots to pick from. I have no complaints about the hotel, it was everything we asked for and at such good value! We recommend.

Super spacious and clean accommodation. We were lucky enough to be given a free upgrade to a room with a living area. The breakfast also had a wide selection of Chinese foods. Special shoutout to 郑玉倩 from the front desk who really helped us greatly in navigating the WeChat bookings for our bus ride back to the airport and restaurant booking as we did not have a Chinese phone number.
