WenZhou RuiJin Hotel

Good hotel for a business trip. Stayed just one night and it was quite good for me.

Very nice hotel, and they gave me welcome fruits, but it’s crowded and noisy at general areas because they have a swimming pool open for kids’ swimming classes, and also there’s a wedding hall downstairs. There was no western food at breakfast. I prefer western style breakfast, so I asked if they at least had some yoghurt. The yoghurt machine was broken, and the staff rejected to provide a yoghurt cup, untill I insisted and asked them several times. The lady wasn’t friendly at first, but after I insisted she brought me a yoghurt (not the one I asked) and said that it was the only yoghurt they could find nearby, although there are several stores near the hotel. I paid for the breakfast and all I had was a boiled egg and a cup of yoghurt that they didn’t want to provide first. So, if you are used to western style breakfast, maybe better book another hotel.

comment：The hotel was exceptional, very comfortable, clean and trendy with lots of beautiful corners to enjoy. My stay was amazingly super comfortable, I was greeted by free fruit basket, free tea and complementary hot soup. It ment so much to me who the staff were very enthusiastic, welcoming and supportive especially the manager Fang Xuejun, who has a great service attitude. I recommend this hotel strongly to all travelers and will definitely stay again on my next trip.

Was not able to sleep well first night due to my room facing the petrol kiosk and woke up at 3am by the truck engine noise and loud honks. Requested the hotel to change my room to another location not facing the petrol kiosk and it was much better. Breakfast was good with local food, but  the young girl helping to serve was rude and not putting effort to serve. Note: search but cannot find hotel web-site to check details or contact hotel directly. 

Excellent hotel, always a pleasure to stay here, staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Will always be my choice whenever I travel to Yongjia, Wenzhou

My main reason for choosing this hotel was the expectation of a nice long swimming pool but it was closed until 17 February. I also booked a deluxe room because of the city view but that was not supplied. However, our room on the mountain side was very nice so we did not accept their offer to move. The hotel is almost new and the staff extremely pleasant. The design and facilities are excellent. The breakfasts are superb. The laundry is excellent and free of charge. A bit far from the river and city centre if you don’t have transport.
