民宿位於楠溪江嶺下村，距離巖頭鎮中心大約9公里，民宿為自建五層小樓，新裝修，乾淨整潔，床品毛巾乾淨，北面房間可見竹林，老闆娘非常熱情，有問必答。介紹中的停車位實際需要停路邊，可能會被拍照罰款！另外民宿位於一個小山坡上，需要爬一些台階！

房間看着很舒服 店家人也特別好 跟以前別的酒店住的不一樣旁邊就是竹林 這個店位置也特別好前面大概200米就是竹筏漂流 夏天可以5.30以後去玩玩水哈哈哈 也是住的很爽了

位置好，就在楠溪江游泳區，周圍農家樂超市，買泳圈等，下水游泳很方便很安全。
裝修新，設備新，在民宿裏還是很少見的。雖然沒有乾濕分離。山景房和河景房實拍照片如下，3層1/3河景，4樓1/2河景，5樓百分百河景，挺漂亮。6樓有個曬台，河景滿滿。
可以用老闆家的冰箱。

房間佈置簡潔，沒有多餘東西，打掃很乾凈。
連一樓公共區都乾淨。
樓下就是玩水的地方，還有幾個飯店，很方便。
車子停在對面公共停車場，快到了打電話給老闆娘會來接的。

房子是新裝修的，特別乾淨。也沒有什麼味道，就在嶺下竹筏漂流那裡附近1km左右，還有燒烤，露營的地方。對於初有特別合適，而且離永嘉書院也很近。去永嘉書院的路上，還有農民都在賣枇杷，特別大，很好吃。老闆娘，老闆娘人都非常好，很推薦大家來。

位置很好，對面就是楠溪江當地最好的竹筏漂流地點，距離永嘉書院，芙蓉古村等景點也不遠，車可以在對面停車場免費停。房間裝修的很好，空間很大，維持保養都很好，看上去還蠻新的，用的東西質量也都不錯，也能洗衣燒飯。老闆娘非常客氣，早餐做的非常好吃，還親自幫我們去買了當地的特產，帶我們去山上挖筍，這次的體驗非常開心，以後有機會還來多住住。
