位置優越，距麗水老街一百米，靜心園這一邊很安靜。老街的另一端有廣場，有兩羣人跳廣場舞，音響極高。千萬不能住那邊。民宿去年裝修，很新。老闆一家人都很熱情。房間不大，每層兩間，2層到四層是民宿。老闆會幫你提行李上樓。住了幾天休息好。門口的東池便當適合我們。

距離麗水古街非常近，所以選擇了這家民宿，外面比較擁擠雜亂，但裏面打掃的非常乾淨，房間也很舒適晚上也很安靜。門口能停兩輛車，開車的話最好早點跟老闆約一下。

房間很乾凈，抽水馬桶裏都放了藍色清潔塊，無異味，老闆娘兒子很熱情，主動把我們的行李箱送到房間。離景點麗水街很近，走路幾分鐘，另外周邊不遠有很大的農貿市場，吃飯購物都方便。

環境：在麗水街上 走幾步就是麗水古街 晚上彩燈亮起 非常美
服務：老闆娘熱情好客
房間雖在2樓 但是很安靜 晚上睡得很好

很乾凈，新開的民宿，衞生非常達標，但比較其他酒店沒有早餐，也沒有接受等，服務方面略遜，熱情還是有的。

民宿在麗水街上，出門就是商業街，飲食購物十分方便，離麗水古街和芙蓉古村都是步行距離。房間設備很新，水暖、電器一應俱全，床褥很舒服，房間不算很大，但傢俱不少，很齊全實用。沒想到民宿的洗手間也是乾濕分離的，這點非常喜歡，住得比較滿意。
