優點:提前和前台溝通過，選擇安靜一些的9號樓，樓下就是書屋，也不臨街，晚上住着還挺清凈的。設施衞生也還行，早餐味道挺好。門口有個小的玩水區，人不多孩子可以撈撈魚。
缺點:不算熱門的地方，到櫻花園這些熱門玩水地需要二十多分鐘到麗水街三十分鐘，周邊吃飯選擇不多，隔壁就是一家農家樂，假期遇上旅行團等位一小時起步，口味也一般。如果想吃住方便還是得櫻花園附近。

這次入住的民宿真的太棒了！環境温馨舒適，房間乾淨整潔，空間大 細節處處體現主人的用心。地理位置也很方便，周邊安靜又充滿生活氣息。房東熱情周到，讓旅行更加輕鬆愉快。下次來一定還會選擇這裏，推薦！

太棒了 民宿位置超級好 在去楠溪江石桅巖和龍灣譚兩個景點的交叉路口，去哪裡都方便？民宿門口就是一條小溪 環境不錯 早餐是玉米番薯雞蛋豆漿等 雖然花樣不多 但品質很好 很滿意

房間很小很擁擠，牆面都是蚊子或者其他印跡，帶娃親子體驗感很不好，房間設施老舊，太老了，前台跟住宿區離的遠，要開車或者步行很不方便！攜程上訂的最不滿意一次！

毛巾上有頭髮，長髮，馬桶座圈有污漬，衞生間地漏下水不暢，隔壁樓下正好在蓋房子，一大早七點水泥泵車就開始打混凝土！！！糟糕的體驗！！！好在前台很熱情。

房間乾淨寬敞，設施齊全，民宿一共4層，但是沒有電梯，辦理入住的地方離住宿的地方大約有200米的距離。
