他們酒店是分別在馬路的兩邊，我們住的六號樓在另一邊，是沒有電梯的，主建築真的更好看更美不知道怎麼預訂，餐廳在主棟那邊，早飯提供的現燒的麪條，超好吃料很多，親子玩水真的很方便步行一小段路就可以玩水了衞生也不錯環境也蠻好的，很便利，服務蠻好的遇到的所有工作人員都能幫忙解決問題，今年暑假玩水一定要來，周邊配套農家樂玩水帳篷泳衣購買打卡咖啡，路邊買的麥餅都很好吃！點外賣不方便，帶孩子來最好自備一些葯品。推薦！

這裏我必須贊一下。整個楠溪江可能都沒有這麼好的住宿了。政府辦的，非常正規，一看就是公務風。對於電車車主來説，有特來電的慢充樁，太快樂。

是國營的，服務規範，工作人員態度熱情、耐心，有問必答，提供了很多有幫助的旅遊訊息，房間乾淨、整潔，洗澡水很大、很舒服。是楠溪江旅遊住宿的不二選擇。

服務4分給的是當晚值班的客房阿姨，帶我們看了好幾個房間沒有絲毫不耐煩，還有早餐服務的阿姨態度也蠻好的，沒有給滿分的原因在於前台接待服務態度不好，不滿意房間致電過去一個勁的在那強解釋，如果不能有一個好的理由來説服客人，那我建議還是先培訓，遇到客人反應問題怎麼冷靜處理並讓客人滿意

本來覺得衞生打掃尚可，除了六號樓靠馬路的房子夜裡車經過非常響，其他還都挺好。然後今天想訂晚餐見識了，人家這裏餐飲整得特別高端，一般住客是不接待的，是的聽懂了嗎？你即使住了宿也沒資格吃晚飯哦。問服務員訂晚餐，一個個支支吾吾諱莫如深，問餐廳，餐廳叫我去問服務枱，問服務枱，服務枱叫我自己打一個手機號，打手機號，接電話的終於推不掉了，才告訴我這，我們這種四大一小的家庭出遊幾百塊的單人家不接，叫我去旁邊農家樂，那裡比較配我。兜這麼大的圈子，你不如早點説，何必耍的我團團轉，天真的以為找前台找什麼手機號就能訂到餐了。更不如直接公示在服務枱、在房間、在訂酒店的網頁上：本店恕不接待五人家庭餐飲！
