MMal OMy main reason for choosing this hotel was the expectation of a nice long swimming pool but it was closed until 17 February.
I also booked a deluxe room because of the city view but that was not supplied. However, our room on the mountain side was very nice so we did not accept their offer to move.
The hotel is almost new and the staff extremely pleasant. The design and facilities are excellent. The breakfasts are superb. The laundry is excellent and free of charge.
A bit far from the river and city centre if you don’t have transport.

GGuest UserThe check-in experience was pretty good, and the service staff were also very enthusiastic. There was a free parking lot at the door and dedicated staff to guide me. I thought the snacks at the front desk were delicious, so the lady grabbed a handful for me and placed them on the bedside of the room. There are also a lot of free services in the QR code. In terms of hygiene, the room is very clean. I went out with friends to play. There are many restaurants nearby with food and drink. Takeaways can also be delivered upstairs. The overall feeling is quite good. I will have the opportunity next time. Will come and stay again.

GGuest UserI went to Wenzhou on a business trip and chose the hotel closest to Wenzhou North. Affordable, hygienic and clean, pretty good. There are just no supporting facilities around. The room is a double bed room, which is very large and has a big window which is not bad. The bathroom is also quite big and very clean. The full-length mirror is outside and there is a light on the side. It is also very convenient to look in the mirror and put on makeup. Overall it is good. Cheap and good quality!

The location is super close to the button market, which is very convenient. It has panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows and a great night view. Takeaway is also very convenient. There is also a small robot for delivery. There is coffee and tea in the room. The facilities are complete and the parking lot is free. I am very satisfied with everything and will come again next time!

But the service of the whole hotel is really not flattering. It can be said that there is no service. Every service staff is very uncle, especially the front desk. The whole process does not look up and ignores people. I ask a reluctant answer. When answering questions, my attitude is also extremely arrogant. How to eat breakfast, not to say, chat halfway! Finally, check out and even how to refund the deposit and how to deduct the fee is not explained! Anyway, it is all up to you to ask, I can't believe that a four-star hotel attitude will be like this!

This stay at the Pearl Four Seasons Hotel was completely beyond expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the housekeeper enthusiastically helped me carry my luggage, the front desk staff quickly checked me in, and also recommended nearby food and attractions. The service was meticulous and professional.
The room was very cozy, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress was moderately hard and soft, so I slept until dawn. The intelligent lighting system can adjust the atmosphere at will, and the bathroom area is separated into dry and wet areas, and high-end toiletries are all available.
The breakfast was even more surprising, with a variety of Chinese and Western meals, freshly made pancakes and rice rolls, and the fruits were fresh and sweet. The gym is fully equipped.
Whether it is a business trip or a vacation, this place can meet your needs! Super cost-effective, it has been added to my treasure hotel list, and I will come again next time!

TTse Fong LamRoom 302 is on the lower floor near the road. I still feel that the sound of the car is obvious when I close the window, and the large window on the side is to see the slanted slope. In fact, I am a little disturbed. So finally I asked customer service, thank the customer service for changing the room on the upper floor, and the noise has improved.
However, because we booked the most ordinary room, when we asked for a room change, the customer service said that we booked the cheapest room, so we can only live in the tail room (i.e. x01 and x02), and other rooms will add 10 yuan. Everyone who wants to book a room can pay attention to it.
