房間顯示的有窗户，但是是封閉的，和沒窗户沒啥區別，吹風機也是壞的，換氣扇也是壞的，悶的很，壓抑的很，讓人感覺不舒服，穿衣鏡小的可憐，樓道沒燈黑漆漆的，退房的時候給吧枱説了一下，眼皮都不帶抬一下的，環境，服務態度都感覺不太好，再也不去了

首先酒店大堂在4樓，停車場導視寫的都是五樓，上去五樓是個餐廳，而且與4樓不共通。大晚上繞了好大一圈沒找到，結果電梯通道門還鎖了，出不去也找不到別的門，一個小姑娘拖着大行李箱在昏暗的走廊裏無助，幸虧遇到一個巡邏保安把門打開。
好不容易找到前台，一進門一股煙味，前台愛答不理，拽的不行，服務差評
房間裏非常破舊，都沒怎麼打掃，連礦泉水紙巾都沒放
衞生間裏還有水漬好惡心 毛巾有一股黴味
太差了

真的是絕絕子，豪華大床房最後是這個樣子，前台説是這樣拿出APP圖片後才給解釋説沒房間了，也不説給我們退個差價，花着豪華錢住着特價房笑死，床上還有頭髮絲，門栓還是壞的，真的是絕了，這個價不值真不值，奉勸各位慎重慎重

去永靖基本在這裏住，價格比較能接受（住的沒有窗户的😝）就是停車收費，設施維護的不行，這次就沒有去年的衞生和環境好（沙發上不明液體處理太敷衍）.
