女前台服務很差。
1.給我房卡時，還要我惦着腳伸手到櫃枱裏面拿卡。你就不能站起來，至少要把卡弄到櫃枱上吧。
2.給我開了一間電視壞的房間，叫前台處理，處理了下沒弄好，就給我換了間房，結果把房卡一插就準備走，我説你要確定電視好的再走啊！然後他打開電視，電視提示在初始化，她又準備走，我説你這麼急着走幹什麼，電視還在初始化。然後她又返回，出現首頁面，我按了下遙控器的上下鍵，可以，她就走了，但是確定鍵無效，又叫住前台，前台返回，按了4,5下確定鍵才有效。然後她又要走，我按了，3,4下才有反應，每次都要按3,4下，我叫前台給換個遙控器。她説不是可以用嗎？多按幾下不就行了。無語。
3.房間換了，房卡沒換，打電話給前台説房卡沒換啊！前台説等我下去的時候自己到前台換卡！我説你不能送上來嗎？她説我是不是聽不懂她説話，説了叫我下去時到前台自己換。真牛，説我聽不懂她説的話。（攜程裏有通話錄音的）
4.房間隔音很差。
5房間密封性不好，空調製熱沒怎麼用，晚上要穿厚衣服上廁所。水要放比較久才來熱水，水壓不穩，忽冷忽熱。

老闆免費給升級了一個大一點的房間，基本上和網上的圖片一樣，採光很好，沙發很舒服，衞生也很好，有電梯有空調。

該酒店位於汽車東站對面，有電梯服務，附近吃飯的地方很多，方便，酒店重新裝修過了，房間設施不錯，床墊睡的很舒服

位置好找，停車位酒店門口和後面都可以，電梯上樓，房間大小還不錯，窗户敞開很涼快，今天室外温度18℃，不要開空調蓋被子很舒服了，WIFI輸密碼直連，不需要有的酒店那樣輸手機號驗證碼才能用

總體感覺非常不好，燒水壺裡麪都發黴的空調很舊，非常的吵，而且制熱效果也很不好，房間設施非常的陳舊，整體感覺不會再繼續住第二次

先説優點，這個價格這個房型，很完美，前台服務也很不錯，再説缺點，我不太挑剔，所以我説的一般人都難以忍受，首先，水壓巨小，水温巨低，熱水巨慢，其次，馬路邊，巨吵，旁邊剛好是個公交車站，我下車的時候還在慶幸“這麼近”，在房間呆一會就知道那公交車剎車開門的聲音，巨大
