我一般從來不會寫差評，但是這次入住體驗令我感到十分的差勁不會。貴酒店的服務人員建議去培訓一下，第一次遇到這樣的服務人員，完全感受不到對客人的尊重，我們覺得房間不臟就不需要麻煩酒店打掃了，衹需要送幾瓶水。因為當時房間內的電視也是無法看的，想着順便送水的時候一起看一下，結果服務人員態度很差一副不耐煩的樣子，説話也令人十分不舒服，言語一點也不客氣，點了外賣放在房間門口，這位服務人員還在麪露兇色連環質問，這是什麼東西為什麼不快點拿進去。第一次遇到這樣的服務人員，因為當時送水時的態度讓我感覺到很不舒服加上服務人員的不耐煩，我告知不需要查看電視機了，提出需要換一個房間，結果這位服務人員直接告知今天酒店滿房，無法更換其他房間。於是我致電前台，前台工作人員告知今日是有房間的，這一系列的操作讓我滿臉疑惑令我對這家酒店大開眼界。
酒店隔音很差，旁邊KTV很吵，有種彷彿睡在KTV裏的趕腳。
總而言之這家酒店慎選吧！

酒店設施齊全，有洗衣房，健身房，停車場，早餐暖心夜宵，最愛酒店書吧有很多外面沒有的書籍，房間很寬敞光線非常好，房間裏面還有茶具，很舒服，工作人員都特別熱情細心，回到德欣就像回家一樣，特別舒服，期待下次回家！

住了好幾次德欣酒店了，這家酒店很人性化環境也好、設施齊全、衞生工作做的很好、酒店有歡迎水果、含早餐，夜宵、健身房、洗衣房、停車場等、還可以和朋友休息區喝茶、喝咖啡、聊天特別愜意，前台服務做的非常周到和細心👍🏻👍🏻價格雖然便宜但可以享受到五星級的服務很棒，下次來永康還住德欣酒店！
