Hotel service is good. but what write on Trip.com can’t trust 100% once i was reach to hotel ask for train station transportation they says which on trip.com app and they’re times are different. So morning we was hard to find a taxi to go train station transportation.

nice and kind staff, good stay. just a negative dot.. no bar of soap available to the sink, which is weird cause the first thing you want to do after a day out is washing your hands after getting into the room.

I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to China, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and friendliness of the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a willingness to help in any way possible.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and many popular tourist attractions.

Yongkang South Station is very close, eating out is a little troublesome, it won't affect business trips, but it might be a little bit bad for vacations. Breakfast was delivered, the service was good, the room was large, clean, quiet and soundproofed.
