標題：對酒店的體驗與餐廳小插曲
酒店整體有一定的優點，比如房間較為整潔，服務態度也還不錯。然而，在餐廳用餐時卻吃出了頭髮，這實在是讓人有些倒胃口。希望酒店能更加註重餐廳的衞生管理，提升食客的用餐體驗。

這是一個新開的酒店位於永寧縣地標最高的樓，近鄰寧和廣場，周邊餐椅特別多有一條美食街，房間舒適還帶早餐，前台小姐姐也非常熱情。入住感覺很好，以後來永寧就住這裏

衞生和環境還行吧，但以永寧最貴的價格來説還有很多可以優化的地方。簡單提幾個意見希望以後提高：1、早餐主食種類過於單一，衹有包子花捲。2、智能馬桶容易死機，不沖水了。電源重新插一下才能用。 3、給的抽紙用完了（大概10幾張吧）早上説讓補充到中午了也沒給補充。4、想再多要兩瓶礦泉水需要收費，住了這麼多酒店第一次遇見這種的。5、我住進去就沒有毛巾，退房時問我怎麼毛巾不見了，我説住進去就沒看見，前台説不可能沒有？？還説每天都有經理核查，那經理要扣工資了吧

這是我第二次入住這家酒店，整體設施和環境依然保持得很好。讓我印象最深刻的是酒店的服務，尤其是前廳部的3號女士。她在我入住和退房時都表現得非常專業和熱情。她總是面帶微笑，耐心解答我的問題，並主動幫助解決各種需求。她的細心和周到讓我感到賓至如歸，提升了整個入住體驗。這樣的服務讓我對酒店更加滿意，期待下次再來。

房間裏比較乾淨、安靜，走廊等也乾淨衞生，早餐豐富、營養搭配合理，購物方便，樓下就是大超市，交通也方便。

升級為120大房子，可是上下樓衹有一個衞生間，地漏是堵的，洗一個人就水漫金山，找酒店服務員收拾了一遍又一遍，鬧得同行人沒洗澡就睡了。早餐太一般，9點還沒到就沒什麼了，剩了幾片地瓜還是生的，酒店服務員説9點停止早餐就不上菜了，真是無語，酒店除了房間大以外還有許多方面需要改善
