Amazing place with kind and helpful staff. Our room had a wonderful view on the waterfall. We were picked-up at the train station, our heavy luggages were carried to the room, we even got some fresh fruits at our arrival. The staff was always very friendly, supportive at any time and answering all our questions. We were even transported back to the train station for departure. I really loved our stay! Totally worth the price!

I absolutely give the Jiushe Qingcheng Hotel a perfect score for its service! When I checked in, my clothes were a little wrinkled, so I casually asked if they had ironing facilities. To my surprise, the staff immediately offered to iron them for me, and within half an hour, they were even neater than at home. I wanted some hot tea that evening, so I called room service, and they delivered it promptly, even with a small cookie. It was such a heartwarming touch. The aromatherapy in the room was so pleasant, and the bathroom products were reputable brands. The value for money is incredible!
