The check in process was difficult due to the language barrier. Bed linen was clean however the rest of the room was quite dirty, there was a smoked cigarette leftover in the toilet. Location is ok, approximately 30 minutes from Furong ancient town.

Location is a bit far from the old town (30min by walk).
Rooms are a bit old and not very clean.

It's very close to the bus station, and there's a farmer's market nearby, which is very convenient for eating and drinking.
The room was large but the bathroom ventilation was faulty. After turning on the air conditioner, there was a strong smell of smoke, so I had to turn it off and sleep with the window open.
