首先，在我到達酒店的時候，前台的服務態度非常差。工作人員不僅沒有微笑，甚至還顯得非常冷淡和不耐煩。當我詢問一些關於酒店設施的問題時，他們也沒有提供詳細和友好的回答，而衹是簡單地回答“不知道”或“不確定”。這種不專業和不友好的態度使我對酒店的印象大打折扣。
其次，酒店房間的衞生狀況令人不能接受。我發現床單和毛巾上有明顯的污漬，地板也沒有清掃乾淨，還有許多灰塵和頭髮。這讓我懷疑酒店的衞生標準是否符合五星級的要求。我不得不去前台投訴並要求更換房間。然而，後來的房間也並沒有令我滿意，衞生情況還是不盡如人意。
酒店的餐飲服務也相當糟糕。早餐的品種非常有限，而且食物的味道也不好。此外，服務人員在清理餐桌和補充食物時也非常慢，這導致許多客人等待了很長時間才能享用到食物。
