Space Pod Capsule (white UFO shaped) rooms are not available. I was clickbaited with the picture shown on Trip.com app.
The check-in counter said that the capsule room we booked isn’t ready yet, so they gave us an upgraded room, which is turned out as a normal square (apartment vibe) boring room. (Check my pictures) Boo-yah!
When i explore the area, i found the space pod capsules in a restricted area & don't think they're operating them anymore (just as the glass slides).
Stand-outs:
+ the Receptionist & concierge are very friendly & english spoken!
+ the Hotsprings are tremendous, 50 ponds in total of outdoor & indoor ponds. (consider to start visiting by the time it’s opened which is from 2:30 PM until sunset around 6PM). Then continue to dine at the restaurant afterwards. We took ab 4,5hours to finish all the 50 ponds lol. This is like a (man-made not natural) Hotspring Wonderland!
+ kids-friendly which is smoke free & we required to wear swimsuit (unlike japanese onsen which req us to be totally naked).

The room is clean and tidy, no odor, there is a radiator in the room, the view outside the window is nice, the assistant manager of the lobby is attentive and considerate, the arrangements are thoughtful, the waiter service is in place, the buffet breakfast and the nine-square grid taste good, there are many types of breakfast, I want to try them all, but unfortunately my stomach can't hold so much, the hot spring and swimming pool are also good, satisfied.
