The hotel would deserve better surroundings.
However, the inside is good and the management try to keep the facilities in good shape.
The staff is very helpful and do all they can with what they have to provide an excellent service

地址位置不錯，周邊吃飯和購物挺方便的。酒店內的衞生搞得挺乾淨，挺用心，毛巾和浴巾都是消毒後獨立包裝的。酒店的服務人員服務挺周到的，給人一種如沐春風的感覺。挺值得推薦的。

神仙酒店，超高性價比，來永興自駕遊本來想住一晚，被酒店的好服務給留住了，連續住了3晚。提供各種花式服務，有葯包的泡腳桶，天天不重樣的早餐宵夜，洗車，洗衣…關鍵這些額外的服務都是免費的！03號的前台特別好還沒入住就讓我們拿雪糕吃，這樣的服務給郴州一個好印象。

房間較大，床躺着也很舒服，房間環境不錯，性價比蠻高；
酒店的服務真的很棒，免費洗衣烘乾，送到房間還幫忙掛好，每天都有免費水果及宵夜，早餐是跟前台説好後第二天送到房間，所以可供選擇的不多，但也夠兩人吃；30號阿姨人很好，有加熱食物的需求，幫忙加熱打包好並送到房間，還順手準備送筷子，非常貼心；
前台還有免費的雪糕和花茶，是很愉快的一次入住體驗。

服務周到熱情，不但提供免費早餐和宵夜，還熱情送到房間，人多的話還主動加送，還免費洗衣服，曬衣服！在縣城有這樣好的服務，真的不容易了！主要是房費價格才100多塊！真的物超所值啊！必須點贊！
