服務：剛開始我問前台，前台説不能延時下午四點退房，可是攜程上明明有延時退房的權益為什麼不能履行承諾呢？如果沒有那為什麼要在攜程上放出來呢？要不是我問了下攜程客服，他們才答應延時4點後估計要收我延時房費了呢，當時就真的很氣憤，明明享有但不給

房間隔音極差，風格四不像，毛巾太薄，各種設施太差，床墊支撐性不好，更重要的空調沒有冷氣，熱氣衹能在上下兩度交差，單價近200元不如80的小賓館毫無性價比。
