各條件都不好，還以底價格期騙住客在網上訂房，到店辦理入住開空調還要額外加錢，也不給退房！

#有些設施比較老舊 ，#房間有異味 酒店服務人員都是挺好的，主要是硬件設施不太好，空調噪音很大，自來水有鐵銹味，廁所太封閉，導致空氣不流通，有尿騷味。不過一碼歸一碼，價格是真的很實惠。

地處縣城中心，生活很方便。房間的衞生還不盡人意。同樣的價錢別人家儘量做得更好。其實客人最希望的就是得到一個比較整潔的居住環境。我覺得還是店家要真正地把將心比心，換位思考。你如果入住別人家的賓館，你最希望得到得到什麼樣的房間呢？這樣思考問題，你的生意會做得更好！

這家旅館價廉物美，晚上很靜宜休息，客房用品一應俱全，有空調，風扇，使用空調要另收費，因房間價格底之故，使用風扇不收費，吊扇風力大。永修出站口右邊對面的那條街走幾分鐘就到了。附近吃飯方便。

電扇，水龍頭，花灑設備均正常.地理位置離永修縣很近，離海昏侯墓也很近。
環境一般，衞生一般，隔音一般，服務還可以，性價比比較高。
從窗户看下去，很有縣城文學感，尤其是擰開水龍頭的時候。
