很喜歡複式的房型，進去就喜歡的不得了。環境和位置都很好，下面就是商場。衞生都是親力親為，有機會還住這。

下午6點40到的酒店告訴我單間沒搞衞生，搞完衞生衞生間有煙頭煙灰。奔着浴缸去的浴缸漏水，晚上洗澡沒熱水，早上起床沒水，冷水熱水都沒有。到我1點退房都沒水。塊300的價格就這？

酒店環境整潔，房間佈局堪稱完美，優雅又不失情調，服務周到，讓人無比舒心。給我營造了一種家的感覺，無論大處到小處都是那麼無懈可擊，價格也很合理，房間真的很好，服務也相當周到，電腦配置高的真的沒話説，推薦朋友開黑，情侶雙排而且前台服務員也很熱情服務更是沒話説，很愉快的一次電競體驗，挺不錯的，打遊戲完全不卡頓，位置很方便，樓下就是小吃街

本來是不打算説的，跟店家溝通無果，實在是第一次給酒店差評。
酒店寫的是下午一點之前退房，十二點半剛洗完澡突然聽見有人刷我們房間門卡，衹刷卡不扭把手門是不會打開的，但是我們一直在房間裏喊保潔阿姨還是把門打開了，打開至一個成年人可進入的大小，當時我們兩個人**在客廳沒用毛巾是因為毛巾有臭味，很激動一直在喊別進來，阿姨把門打開停了一段時間就笑着把門關上了一話都沒有🙂。
很生氣的點是第一管理方面保潔阿姨沒有敲門沒有打電話並且沒到退房時間的時候直接開我門。第二衞生方面客廳的地上就有煙頭，有兩個廁所是沒錯但是一個廁所花灑是壞的，另一個花灑直接沒有。第三售後方面跟前台説明情況後前台也就是拉着阿姨説了一句非常不誠懇的不好意思➕一百句藉口。離店的時候跟前台提了要求，我需要她跟領導報告這件事並且要知道處理結果，結果我截圖放下面了，能看出來前台小姐姐甚至都沒明白開門的衹有那一個阿姨，還有什麼下次非週末非節假日入住半價，這種管理這種衞生這種道歉這種所謂的優惠，給我整笑了，最起碼的尊重都沒有。

不像是2022年度的新酒店，裏面的東西感覺不太新也不夠整潔，和想象中有差距。開始的時候電話一直聯繫不上，酒店找了半天。

應該是一家公寓式的酒店。
就是別人買的房放出來當酒店用。
雙層結構下面是客廳，上面是兩個房間，很大。
也打掃的很乾凈。
缺點就是沒有明顯的指示牌，有點難找。
開車東邊的地庫入口，靠右手邊第1間寫的B棟，就是電梯入口，7樓是他們的服務枱。

永州天花板級別的酒店，很適合現在的年輕人，裝修風格太喜歡了，複式結構太愛了浴缸，戴森吹風機，哈曼卡頓音響，堅果投影...窗外風景也很好，服務也很好，有送小吃還送上面，太滿意了，以後絕對是我永州酒店的不二選擇，想提一個小小的建議，增加一個衣櫃可以放衣物，房間面積大的超乎你的想象，增加一個衣櫃是戳戳有餘，衞生間的配置和衞生稍微差一丟丟，還有進步的空間，相信你們可以越來越好，做大做強，再創輝煌！
