I have stayed here many times, and Huatian's service is as good as ever. Thank you to Xiao Liu at the front desk. The room is clean, the view is wide, the breakfast is good, and parking is convenient. It is close to Wanda and has complete facilities and equipment. I will come again next time.

The hotel is in a good location. I live on the 16th floor and I can see the Xiangjiang River from the window. It's very suitable for a family trip. The breakfast in the hotel is also delicious. My kids love it. It's great for someone who can't live without coffee. There is a fully automatic coffee machine. It's a very happy experience. The room manager is very enthusiastic and I mentioned it. My husband likes to drink the black tea provided by the hotel. I gave him a few packs when I left. 這次旅行最幸運的就是選了這家酒店，真的挑不出一點毛病！剛到酒店門口，禮賓員就熱情地上前幫忙搬運行李，前台小妮辦理入住的速度也很快，還貼心地告知了酒店各項設施的開放時間。
走進房間，被眼前的一切驚艷到了。房間寬敞明亮，裝修盡顯高端大氣，細節之處更是無可挑剔。床品柔軟親膚，一躺上去就感覺一天的疲憊都消散了。衞生間乾濕分離，水温調節方便，還配備了高品質的洗浴用品，每一樣都散發著淡淡的清香。

房間設施和衞生大大的超出了預期！設施都是新的，使用方便。房間設計雅緻，床品整潔舒適，洗手間、淋浴間非常潔凈。酒店的環境佈局高雅，富有藝術氣息。
在服務方面也是超預期。晚上19點到的酒店， 門口保安就主動迎接，並幫忙卸行李。前台小姑娘周*秀也是主動來幫忙裝行李並送到房間，纖瘦的小姑娘還硬是把兩件重重的皮箱搬到沙發凳上，太能幹了，一點兒也不嬌氣，真令人感動。客房部的服務員丁*根送水果來時，來來回回幾趟幫忙解決了磅秤沒電、熱水不夠熱的問題。退房時服務員陳*銘來幫忙推行李時特別提醒走動時小心門口地板滑，以防摔倒，並熱心介紹了附近的名勝古蹟。（以上工作人員姓名均由本人主動看銘牌得知）
餐廳的食物美味可口，工作人員也很熱情有禮。
