I have stayed here many times, and Huatian's service is as good as ever. Thank you to Xiao Liu at the front desk. The room is clean, the view is wide, the breakfast is good, and parking is convenient. It is close to Wanda and has complete facilities and equipment. I will come again next time.

The hotel is in a good location. I live on the 16th floor and I can see the Xiangjiang River from the window. It's very suitable for a family trip. The breakfast in the hotel is also delicious. My kids love it. It's great for someone who can't live without coffee. There is a fully automatic coffee machine. It's a very happy experience. The room manager is very enthusiastic and I mentioned it. My husband likes to drink the black tea provided by the hotel. I gave him a few packs when I left. It’s very considerate and the hotel is hygienic and bright and clean. It’s worth it. Because we stayed in this hotel, we had a great impression of Yongzhou. 這幾年出差住酒店無數，很少給差評，但這裏實在忍不住了要給重點差評了。
1.前台服務差。酒店明明不滿房，給我們兩個尾房，我懶得下去換了，另一位朋友下去換下去換房間，前台還一臉不耐煩問為什麼。
2.房間衞生很差，床單有血漬沒洗乾淨，毛巾舊得邊上都爛了，洗手盆下緣一圈都是黑色的，電話和門的積灰肉眼可見，具體看圖。
3.上午人在洗手間，服務員來敲門打掃，讓她稍微等一下再來，還一直不停敲門。
4.早上想電話問早餐廳在幾樓，無論賓客服務中心還是大堂電話都是接不通的，一個説空號，一個説沒上線。
5.外賣可以直接上客房敲門，電梯門卡形同虛設。早餐吃得比較晚，在餐廳接咖啡的時候服務員説收攤了，把我趕走了，衹能外賣一個肯德基早飯，外賣員居然來敲門，嚇一跳，電梯刷房卡的功能就是擺設！

這次旅行最幸運的就是選了這家酒店，真的挑不出一點毛病！剛到酒店門口，禮賓員就熱情地上前幫忙搬運行李，前台小妮辦理入住的速度也很快，還貼心地告知了酒店各項設施的開放時間。
走進房間，被眼前的一切驚艷到了。房間寬敞明亮，裝修盡顯高端大氣，細節之處更是無可挑剔。床品柔軟親膚，一躺上去就感覺一天的疲憊都消散了。衞生間乾濕分離，水温調節方便，還配備了高品質的洗浴用品，每一樣都散發著淡淡的清香。
酒店的餐廳環境優雅，早餐種類豐富。健身房設施齊全，鍛鍊的時候還能欣賞窗外的美景。不管是商務出行還是休閑度假，這裏都是絕佳選擇，強烈推薦！

算是每次來永州都會選擇的地方，酒店雖然在城市的南邊，但是離萬達廣場很近，所以周邊還是ok，酒店也比較新，不是那種很老氣的風格，不錯

房間乾淨整潔很温馨，特別是細微處沒毛病，大堂寬敞明亮，服務員熱情，服務周到，早餐豐富，環境優雅，酒店三星標準，感覺像四星，服務五星，這是我第一次來永州，並且下榻的第一個酒店，給我的感覺很好，住的很温馨，舒服。總之，下次來永州一定還要住這個酒店，謝謝🙏🙏
