在酒店入住兩天，整體的感覺服務挺好的。讓我覺得稍微有點遺憾的是酒店樓上有個酒吧，聲音會有一點點影響。但是呢前台服務員的服務挺不錯的，給我們贈送了耳塞早餐，主動問我們需不需要升級房型，整體來説住的還挺滿意的。

過節回老家在酒店暫住。酒店位置在市中心向外大約5公里，一層和地下都有停車場，右側的角落有充電樁，不過長期有車佔位。樓下和馬路對面分別都有很多夜宵檔；酒店大堂像改造後的寫字樓，正對大門的是這家酒店的前台，兩邊分別還有其他幾家酒店，右手邊角落是一家夜店，我來到的當天並不算很吵。將近20層的大樓衹有5部電梯，而且幾家酒店共用，一是電梯不好等，二是電梯裏衞生比較差，嚼過的檳郎，角落不知道什麼水漬，觀感很不好。房間真的很大，裝潢也很整潔。床頭電話用不了，客房服務需要掃描二維碼預約。提供的客房服務很齊全，但是因為到店時間比較晚，晚上十點左右夜粥已經沒有了。因為實在有點擔心衞生問題所以最後也沒有用到衣物送洗服務；入住十來分鐘左右，小卡片就已經從門縫塞進房間了。第二天八點左右到造餐廳，選擇不算多，炒飯、炒粉和湯麪做主食，一些蒸的點心，房間比較小，阿姨一個人又要補菜又要煮麪，核驗早餐券全憑自覺。總體來説，停車方便，房間寬敞，五一期間的價格在永州也還算合理，但是配套設施稍差。

房間：比較大，這一點是最滿意的。絕對不會失望。
服務：基本沒有，因為你進入酒店後，就感覺像是在逛菜市場。一個大堂裏，最起碼有3家以上的酒店都在這棟大樓裏。（這棟樓，有桌球吧，有餐廳，有迪廳，有酒店，可以説雜七雜八）
早餐：服務員很不錯，但是品質差了些。
重點：酒店在迪吧的樓上，半夜非常吵。

這個酒店帶小孩最好別選，我是看是高檔型想着應該好着，結果一入住就尷尬了，房間裏張貼着大字報，晚上門口還有一堆小卡片，一看見這就給人一種不乾淨點的感覺。前台沒有什麼服務，就衹是給了房卡，到之前打電話問停車場，接電話的人説她很忙一會兒給我們回，也沒回。我們自己找去的。晚上倒是送了一碗稀飯，我們三個人，也不知道誰喝😅投影也是網絡不好，酒店沒有買會員基本都看不了。晚上十點多開始就哄哄隆隆的，吵個沒完，説是有酒吧，我之前也住過這樣的酒店，但是人家前台就會提前打電話聯繫告知樓下開了酒吧，會有點吵，要是建議就可以退了，他們這也不告知。小度智能控制能開窗簾，關的時候就關閉了讓自己手動😂。反正呢帶小孩是非常不適合選擇這家酒店的。

酒店整個位置挺好的，門口可以打車也可以坐公交，前台會提供免費的礦泉水還有糖果，非常的貼心，還有百項管家增值服務，提供的東西很多，挺齊全的，整體感受還是可以的哦，告知了發票問題，有免費晚安粥和洗衣服務，服務態度還是不錯的，值得推薦的一家酒店！

第三次入住了，性價比很高，服務態度極好，每次來永州都是我的第一選擇。設施很不錯，就連一次性拖鞋這種小物件都比住過的大部分酒店要好，穿着不滑。
