The hotel is quiet and has a nice view. The staff is polite. But there are some problems that I hope Ctrip will pay attention to. The room I booked includes breakfast. The view from the stay was unbelievable, the best thing to wake up to, The staff were fantastic. Now we don’t speak any Japanese and they didn’t speak any English. She was more than happy to use google translate to help us. She made sure we had somewhere planned for dinner and offered us breakfast at her cafe which was open only to us. By the end of it we were so sad that we had to leave. Would 10000% stay there again if given the chance

In my personal experience of two meals in one hotel, the dinner was the richest. Although it was crab-themed, each person had a whole crab, other fish, and a lot of pot dishes. The hot springs are very good and the pool area is large. Both men's and women's hot springs have indoor and outdoor parts. It happens to be snowing in January, and there is nothing more wonderful in the world than soaking in the hot springs while enjoying the cold wind of Wakasa Bay.
