這次我要差評，五號開的房，六號退房，8號我自己想起壓力還沒退，打電話給酒店才退的。請問酒店如果我不記得了是不是按金就不會退了，退房兩天酒店就不知道還有按金沒退嗎？為何不主動聯繫客人説明情況，我想這種事應該不是第一次了吧。
