Une bonne nuit dans ce charmant hôtel en plein centre avec parking gratuit à deux pas.Nous y avons aussi souper. Le repas était excellent. Bravo le Chef. Une étoile en moins pour le serveur à qui il manquait le sourire ( sûrement très joli)et le son de sa voix (sûrement très jolie)!

Nous avons séjourné une petite semaine à l’hôtel restaurant Le Bourbon à Yssingeaux. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la cuisine d’une grande qualité tant au niveau du goût, des produits choisis que de la présentation. Excellente expérience !… L’hôtel est très propre et agréable, nous recommandons fortement.

Ce qui ne devait être qu’un camp de base pour trois jours de vélo, s’est révélé être un séjour exceptionnel : l’accueil chaleureux des jeunes patrons, les dîners goûteux et des chambres calmes. Avec un garage fermé pour nos vélos électriques, le top.

Réception de l'hôtel, après attente, extrêmement froide. Essuies dans la salle de bain avec les bords complètement effilochés. Petit déjeuner spartiate (mais pas cher), il faut dresser soi-même une table pour deux. Le repas du soir est mal servi, pour manger votre viande, on vous donne un couteau et pas de fourchette. J'ai connu le Bourbon avec les anciens propriétaires et j'ai été extrêmement déçu.

Super accueil et repas excellent. L'hôtel est calme et bien situé pour aller au centre-ville. Ces Jeunes patrons méritent d'être connu et nous les remercions pour leurs gentillesses et le respect des produits locaux.
