酒店整棟建於環境較好的小區內，自然就沒有街邊噪音影響；前台服務熱情周到，入住和退房手續都非常高效；房間設施雖然略顯老舊，但給人舒適乾淨整潔的感覺；露天停車場停車方便；總體來説很不錯！不足之處感受因人而異：由於允許吸煙，使得房間內煙味長久積澱，難以消除；酒店後面是一棟住宅樓，有一衹大公雞每天打鳴，影響休息實在無奈（非酒店責任，純屬養雞人素質低下）！

衞生很好，設施也不錯，就是衞生間反味很嚴重，整個房間裏都是，散不出去。雖然是在小區裏，但是早上六點多就有人晨練放音樂，持續一個多小時，然後外面商場又放音樂，對想睡懶覺的人真的不友好。

衞生：房間煙味比較重，打掃後需要多通風

總體的感受還可以，房間比較寬敞，床比較舒服，但是電視打不開，毛巾和浴巾黑乎乎的沒敢用，可能從開業到現在一直就沒有更換過，才能用幾個錢啊，還捨不得，特此提出批評。

住5層感覺很好！服務枱及時清理房間，室內空調好，比較安靜，電視熱水可以，退房也可以適當延長時間。總之住得還挺好。不足是被子厚了一點。

酒店房間很好，這個價位相當值了。從西雙版納回昆明的中轉站，可以很好的休息。唯一有缺陷的是洗澡水不好排，地漏不好。
