It is a relatively large hotel in the local area. Parking is convenient and there is an underground garage. Less than 400 yuan includes rich breakfast and unlimited hot springs, which is cost-effective. The hotel's hardware facilities are good, but the software service attitude is average, which cannot be compared with five-star hotels. First of all, the front desk reception, sitting to help guests check in the room, answering guests' questions is a bit impatient, and can't take the initiative to tell guests that the hotel has two restaurants with dinner. The underground floor is a buffet, which can be eaten in the morning, noon and evening. The first floor is a la carte, and the price is a bit more expensive. The guest went to the front desk for consultation, and only said the one on the first floor, not the underground floor. The restaurant and room service staff have a good attitude and can take the initiative to say hello. The most annoying thing is the service staff at the door of the hot spring center. They only know to ask for room cards and don't give the keys to guests. We raised objections and said that they would look at the specific matters. A deposit is required for hotel check-in and a deposit is also required for hot spring keys. In the era of big data, it is a bit backward to operate like this.

First time in Yuanmou. This hotel should be the best in Yuanmou. It mainly sells health care rooms. There are few people traveling during off-peak hours. The hot springs are also good and the environment is comfortable. There are many pools with good water quality. Babies like to play and dogs can also be brought. The only bad thing is that the cleaning is too careless. The toilet seat in one of the bathrooms in our suite was full of urine before we entered the door and hadn't used it. There were cigarette butts in the other bathroom and the floor was also very dusty. It really ruined my impression. Then there was blood on another quilt in the closet. It was really drunk. The public area in the hot spring area is very good, but the room is too annoying. The other front desk staff also didn't have any enthusiastic service. I hope it will be improved.
