屬於自建房賓館，總共4層沒電梯，需要自己把行李提上樓。房間設計屬於最古老那種類型，設施比較舊，部分設施損壞了也沒修理，但床品洗的很乾凈。衞生間清潔度一般，洗漱用品質量不好。老闆服務態度很好，人也和善。免費停車位衹有5個，來晚了就得停外面路邊。春節期間的價位比平時高了約三倍，有點離譜。

過年期間，各地酒店賓館打滾似的漲價，好不容易在網上找到一個還能接受的小賓館，衞生，服務都還不錯，還有小院內自已的停車埸，衹是沒有電梯，二、三樓早已訂滿，爬到四樓確實很累，好在老闆娘幫忙提箱子上樓，設施差一點，總體還是挺好的。

住了很多酒店，沒有習慣評價，但是這個酒店我得評價一下，首先這個酒店在元謀主路上，噪音非常大，睡眠不好的朋友慎選，其次酒店衞生很差，入下圖，如果有輕微潔癖的人慎選。入住的體驗感是這次旅遊最差的酒店，以後也不會再來這家酒店入住了。
