A very friendly local hotel and guest house . The location is a bit inconvenienced but the service was good and prompt .
It is representative of the Hani minority nationality ‘s culture .

If you enjoy traveling off the beaten track and enjoy some peace and quiet in the mountains then this could be the hotel for you. Location is approximately a 4 hour drive from Kunming with the last 40km winding up the mountain. Hotel is located 350m down a path from the car park (contact the hotel staff and they will meet you at the car park to help with your baggage). Staff very friendly and helpful, all our requests were meet with ease. Stay here to easily visit Azheke Village (at time of review undergoing extensive renovation). We visited in at the start of August, despite rainy weather most of our stay we still managed to capture some good views down the valley.

The location is good, on the edge of Azheke, and you can see the terraced fields from the room. The room facilities are a bit old, and some facilities need maintenance or replacement, such as the mattress, which makes a lot of noise when you turn over. The room hygiene is okay, the service is good, it is far from the parking lot, and there are people to help with the luggage. The breakfast is also good, with local specialty red rice and rice noodles.

Although our car could not drive directly to the hotel entrance, the hotel waiter had already greeted us in the parking lot.
