Pet friendly Hotels Yuanyang

I am a VIP customer of Ctrip. I found Yuanyang Yunshang Terrace Hotel through Ctrip and stayed at Yunshang Terrace Hotel. The hotel is not far from the ancient town of Jingkou. The hotel is a garden-style Hani mushroom house villa on the edge of the countryside. I stayed on the second floor of the villa. There are 3 floors in total, one household on each floor. The interior design of the villa room is very tall and stylish, very beautiful, the room is large and transparent from north to south, with floor heating and electric blankets. Even if the temperature drops in the past few days, the room is very warm. The person in charge of the hotel, Manager Che, was very enthusiastic to provide us with Hani Terrace tourism information and recommended itineraries, which saved us from taking detours. The hotel service is very thoughtful and meticulous, and the buffet breakfast is very local. The hotel helped us provide information about local drivers so that we could charter a car to see Bada Terrace, Duoyishu Terrace, Azhe Village Hani Ancient Village, and Laohuzui Terrace. Unfortunately, because of fog on February 3 and 4, we did not see the sunrise and sunset. I will stay in this hotel again next time I have the opportunity to visit Hani Terrace.

This hotel is on the mountain. After walking for a long time, we finally arrived at this hotel. When we arrived at the parking lot, the hotel service staff came to help us with the suitcases. They were very enthusiastic and friendly. We were very satisfied with our room after checking in. The room was a duplex. We were very satisfied to live in such a room on the mountain, especially the balcony, which opened to see the terraced fields. The location was absolutely 👌. The air on the mountain was so good. The terraced fields here are the crystallization of more than 1,000 years of wisdom and hard work of the Chinese people. It is worth bringing children to see the simple natural environment and villages here. It was a very meaningful trip. Thank you for the hotel for such a warm service

The room is clean and warmly decorated. You can watch the stars on the roof. The boss and the landlady are enthusiastic. You can only eat when the landlady is there. Just around 200 meters from the Jingkou Village Observation Deck, there are also triple rooms, suitable for family travel.

What a great location for being amongst the terraces! We splurged and got the terrace view room, and it was very nice with a great view, comfortable bed, warm blankets, and hot shower. The room has an unblocked view of the terraces. But if you don't get that room, the upstairs balcony has the very best view. But we enjoyed watching the sunrise from our bed with hot tea. Lucian is really great! He explained to us different hiking options for seeing other views. His English is really good too so you can ask him any questions about the area. He has a sweet old dog and a cute young cat. He's also available to pick you up if you get lost or have trouble getting back after sunset. There are 2 good restaurants a 10 minute uphill walk away, or Lucian can cook you meals, which are also great. Thanks Lucian! -Travis and Elisha (Colorado, USA) PS. I am very satisfied to stay at this price during the Spring Festival. The room is large and the facilities are complete. I also really like the decoration style. Breakfast is also very local red rice noodles, which tastes good! Dissatisfied: The service is slightly lacking, such as check-in reception and room arrangement differences, but it was resolved after communication. Also, the floor-to-ceiling glass windows were too dirty and I couldn't see the outside scenery clearly.

This was a really unexpected find in the villages around the Yuanyang rice terraces. The building itself is really beautiful and directing overlooks the terraces. The room was surprisingly large and the floor to ceiling window offers a great view(weather permitting). The bed was super comfortable and shower hot and powerful. The best part was the sister who works here; she couldn’t have been more helpful, even walking us to the nearby village to find a place to eat. She is enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about the area. The only downside(and I know it’s a bit of a sensitive issue) is the lack of air conditioning in the room. Even at the end of June it isn’t hot around Yuanyang, but it is very humid and air conditioning could definitely help with the latter. That being said, I slept well with the window open and would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The inn service is very good. My friend and I wanted to adjust the room, and the owner agreed without hesitation. The inn is not far from the terraced viewing platform, and it is very close to walk there; the inn also has a place to watch the terraced fields. It’s just that when watching the sunrise in the morning, there are many people and traffic jams, but it’s fine after 9 o’clock (this has nothing to do with the inn)

I had an excellent time at the Flower Residence The place was very easy and convenient to find once out of the minibus from Xinje. Sam is a great host who helped a lot with what to do around and how to get around. I really appreciated the room as well as the excellent food served at the restaurant ! Sam speaks great English which is appreciated !

The only net red homestay in Duoyishu Village next to the terraces is indeed a place where you can see the terrace landscape in the bed and bathtub. Although the room is not big, the design style is bold, the open bathroom, the bathtub, etc. We also saw it for the first time. However, it is convenient to experience two nights, suitable for couples or couples, the kind of close relationship. The cooking sister Bai is from this village, the home is diagonally opposite, the personality is cheerful and bold, the food is delicious, recommended beef dry, mint beef, rice noodles, wild vegetables are also fried delicious, there is no need to go out to find food. From the homestay, you can go to the observation deck of the village in about 15 minutes. You can see the spectacular terraces, and the Duoyishu Observation Deck is opposite. There are very few people in this place. If there is a drone aerial photography, it can be comparable to the Duoyishu Observation Deck.
