雁山賓館在景區裏，地理位置優越，離核心景點不遠，尤其是方洞和靈巖，值得二刷，周邊餐飲選擇多，賓館硬件設施一般，衞生可以，有停車位，寵物友好。

五一還能以這樣的價格在景區住到這樣的房子，真的太棒了，乾淨整潔，後悔沒有拍照片，補一些景區的照片老闆也特別好，離開的時候手機沒帶上，老闆很快地就給我送過來了，太感謝了，祝老闆生意興隆

位置非常好，靈峯走路15分鐘。賓館周邊餐飲商貿很多，雖然景區裏但價格實惠，五一期間也未漲價。賓館很乾凈，看着舒服。老闆熱情客氣。

與朋友兩家人定了兩間房，因為疏忽把錯把大床房當成標準間定了，聯繫老闆後，老闆幫忙給調整預留了標準間，訂房間的時候沒有早餐，但老闆仍舊熱情的告訴早晨七點半可以來二樓餐廳免費吃早餐，給老闆點贊。

位置好，尤其要説的是老闆格局大，我們原來計劃續住，後來沒有續住，直至下午3點40多才去賓館收拾晾曬的衣服和整理拿行李，老闆笑臉相迎，值得點贊。

在當地是比較高檔的酒店了。周邊吃飯挺方便的。門前可停車，也有停車場。還有免費的早餐。美中不足的是沒有電梯。老闆可以幫助拿行李，也比較方便。
