位置：非常好找！！老闆會接你！離靈巖景區公交站一百米吧估計。很近走兩步就到了。中間有幾個吃飯的店，都是明碼標價，可以先看看價格再決定，百姓那家是老闆娘的小姑子開的，還給我們送了飲料，大龍湫那邊吃飯價格便宜一點點，素菜便宜三塊錢左右。
衞生：很乾凈！！床單被罩都洗的白白的，衞生間也非常乾淨沒有異味兒。
服務：早飯吃的很舒服，饅頭米糕雞蛋小米粥綠豆粥小菜之類的，綠豆粥加的是木糖醇，對糖尿病人可以説是考慮的非常周到了，筍絲是老闆娘的親戚做的，還有那個核桃發糕還是啥（忘記名字了），料特別實誠，強推老闆娘蒸的那個小土豆，真的很好吃還給我裝了一袋子，是自己種的，此時此刻回家我正在邊寫評價邊吃哈哈哈
服務：老闆娘態度很好很客氣，我們是18號中午到的，準備吃個午飯去靈峯，跟老闆娘問了一下推薦行程，吃飯時候老闆娘的兒子打電話來説19號靈峯免門票，讓我們考慮換一下行程，幫我們立省100塊錢！！！下次來的話真的還會住這裏的。主要是方便。

房間很乾凈，很安靜，我們去的晚，老闆一直在等我們，特別實在的夫妻。早上老闆娘還送了早餐，我們還泡了茶。老闆給我們做的攻略，早上我們加30讓老闆送到方洞的，省了很大一截爬上去，不是特別累

很乾凈，房間也不小，老闆娘勤快愛乾淨。 我們爬完山回來一直睡到第二天。
雁盪山是三山之一，不像別的山要進了景區才能慢慢看到山。 在山頂修棧道很有創意，雁盪山對孩子長者也很友好爬起來沒有那麼辛苦。 如果想住在景區周圍這裏很值得推薦。

這是一家非常乾淨整潔，環境優美安靜舒適的民宿，整個房間釺塵不染，設施設備齊全，老闆態度很好，停車方便，距離靈巖景區停車場衹有三四百米。

老闆熱情，服務好，早餐豐富，吃不完的乾貨老闆讓打包帶上山吃，果然用上了。就是窗户是老式的不密封，有好多衹螞蟻爬進來，不要選床靠窗的。晚上冷清，七點半幾家飯店就都打烊了。就在靈巖景區旁邊，想一早玩方洞靈巖的可住，早上可早點進景區，靈巖景區坐小巴到山頂方洞門口，方洞到靈巖不坐下喝咖啡走走拍拍得兩小時，可湊上觀看靈巖十點的表演

女老闆服務熱情，設施也可以近，早餐也能説過去，衹是附近飯店太少，走三裏地吃飯，價格高的離譜，特別是那個開沙縣小吃的飯店飯菜太差，價錢太貴，服務態度也不好。

民宿定位準確，很好找，提前跟店家聯繫説要過來，老闆娘提前在路邊等我們。
房間打掃得很乾凈，早餐是海鮮麪，好吃，配料足。可以寄存行李。
民宿位置離靈巖景點很近，遊玩選擇方洞進靈巖出，出來拿上行李就去火車站，剛剛好。老闆附贈了免費送站，贊。
