典型的景區農家院式房間，大家都來玩的，能簡單洗漱，睡覺，畢竟價格上便宜。房間簡單，該有的都有。位置也好，離景區公交車大約300米，周邊吃飯超市都很多。
老闆，老闆娘非常熱情，晚上大約6點攜程剛訂好，老闆娘就打電話問到哪裡，想要去接我們，晚上大概7點到的雁盪白沙公交站，老闆就過來接上我們，並且給我們遊覽指導。第二天早上有給做免費早飯，我們寄存東西后，晚上回來拿東西，老闆娘下班剛好到家，沒喝一口水又把我們送到高鐵站。

民宿挺不錯的，老闆老闆娘很熱情，還給我們找了車位，離靈峯景區很近，走過去10多分鐘就到了，附近吃的也很多，超級方便✌️

間非常的乾淨，老闆很熱情，還有免費的早餐，我們沒到的時候，老闆一直打電話問我們可不可以找到地方。非常的熱情。被子非常的香，睡得特別好，非常推薦離靈峯景區，很近。

自建房改的民宿，條件很一般，但是節假日高峯期嘛，所以價格比平時貴也能理解，老闆很熱情，服務很到位。

房間很好，衞生乾淨整潔，安靜，熱水供應充足，服務周到，性價比很高，老闆還到高鐵站接送。還有免費早餐，味道不錯。

衞生：有蚊子，早上起床拍死一衹，全是血。想燒熱水吃，電熱壺太臟。
環境：地理位置有點偏，不太好找
