對凱里亞德這個品牌現在真的特別的失望，在這個小縣城裡麪價格居然還這麼貴，要差不多兩百多塊錢，然後硬件設施都很一般衞生細節搞得特別差牆紙是脱落的，還有一股沒味牆邊牆角全部都很臟，包括廁所，也是還有一股反胃上來
自助洗衣房居然是在-1樓味道特別重，感覺都無法呼吸是在一間房間裏面放了一個洗衣機和烘乾機洗衣服的話連洗衣液都不捨得配全部都用的是洗衣粉，烘乾機就更不用説了我的烘衣服正在烘乾的時候居然還被人家拿出來！把我的衣服丟在一邊把他自己丟進去，真是遇到素質這麼差的人，居然在烘乾的過程中，可以隨時暫停的！洗衣機都不能隨時暫停！這個烘乾機居然可以！我住了這麼多次酒店也是第一次遇見我的衣服，在烘乾中途被人拿出來這種沒有素質的事兒，他們那裡也沒有任何人可以管理！洗衣房也是特別臭
再説餐廳，晚上有免費的粥吃這個非常好，但是他們的餐廳也很早餐店是臟的，而且垃圾桶裏麪每一個都有着早上的垃圾，有雞蛋殼有人家吃剩的麪包特別臟，我不明白垃圾桶垃圾沒有滿，為什麼不倒掉或者是不清理一個垃圾袋很貴嗎？為什麼每一個桶留着這麼一點點的垃圾要留着晚上然後我第二天早上去吃早餐的時候發現垃圾更多了也就是説這個垃圾留了至少兩天實在是太噁心了，都不知道怎麼搞的衞生
感覺現在他們這個品牌真的越做越爛，我在別的城市也有住過這個牌子，就有一種表面上咋一看上去衞生設施都很過關，但是根本經不起推敲。一段用起來的時候，這裏也很臟，那裡也很臟，有一種為了擁有一個設施，但是不好好做的感覺，洗衣機你開不起洗衣房就乾脆不要提供，在負一樓臭臭的房間電卡還要自己插上去是怎麼回事？晚上的愛心粥，如果你沒有辦法把餐廳收拾乾淨，碗洗乾淨，也可以不用提供，碗也就衹有五個碗，勺子一次性的還不是獨立包裝，今天早上吃早餐的時候，我發現那個勺子也在那籃子裏面，他全是散裝的一次性勺子，可想而知在那裡放了多久？隨便一個人打噴嚏都有可能感染上細菌也不會拿個布蓋着，有很多東西都不是必須的，但是你提供就要把它做好，真的是太失望了，對這個品牌。

負一樓的影音房，除了沒有窗户，別的都很好，衞生間乾濕分離，空間也大，投影儀清晰度不太行，別的都很滿意，保潔員套垃圾袋的時候記得排一下空氣

酒店在岳陽縣，離岳陽市有一些距離，但是如果自駕不影響，停車很方便，有自助早餐，房間乾淨，床也很舒服，很滿意

春節住的算最差的，看着有充電樁去定的房，結果去了充電樁用不了，大半夜又開出去充電，説實話給這個評分有點高了，但是又不想他們沒生意做，也算給他們面子吧

做過多次凱里亞德酒店。到岳陽出差就選他，別的同事出差，我也強烈推薦這家酒店。洗熱水澡水量大，特別舒服。前台姓吳的姑娘和另外兩位姑娘非常熱情周到。退房竟然可以延遲到下午2點。到退房時間了，還同意回房間洗一個熱水澡。
唯一不足的是洗澡水容易溢出，不知是否可以改變。
