酒店距離高鐵站特別近，過個馬路就到了，附近的交通也很方便。一進大堂一杯茶就端過來了，前台小妹特別熱情專業，耐心的給我講解。客房乾淨衞生舒適，語音控制的，不愧是全季5.0版本。第二天的早餐也不錯，品種豐富美味，吃了湖南米粉不錯。整體來説不錯，值得推薦

酒店離岳陽東高鐵站很近，出站穿過地下通道就到達了，衹需步行7、8分鐘非常方便，但是攜帶大行李的話過地下通道上下比較麻煩。房間很新，大大的落地窗，採光特別好。酒店服務態度很好，會熱情回答問題、介紹設施。必須點讚的是，因為小孩粗心把電話手錶落在了岳陽東高鐵站候車室，在撥打12306未果的情況（當時已經前往武漢），我抱着試一試的心態電話求助酒店工作人員幫忙去候車室給小孩找手錶，工作人員很熱心地答應，而且很快就把電話手錶找回，又幫忙郵寄給我，真的非常感謝！早餐也很豐富。總的來説，房間很寬敞很滿意，工作人員非常熱情，早餐美味。

新開不到一年，大堂很明亮，房間很安靜，不管是前台、餐廳還是其他工作人員態度都不錯，早餐還可以，機器人送東西上門，衹能刷卡上來和到洗衣房的樓層，能不能去其他樓層不知道，相對安全一點，門口有便利店，對面馬路一邊是高鐵站一邊有燒烤店，吃的話附近沒什麼，最好玩的時候吃完再回來。
高鐵站出來就能看到酒店名字了，走路來對帶寶寶車行李多的人不友好，可以提前聯繫酒店的接送服務或者打車到酒店，我就是走到地下通道發現衹能走樓梯才聯繫酒店沒聯繫上，後來有兩個好心人幫忙搬東西的。前台有小零食和牛奶，每天都問他們拿一瓶純牛奶給孩子喝，省去了帶牛奶的重量。

房間挺乾淨的，價位還行，除了約車出現了一點問題，其他都挺好的，房間面積也挺大的比我在長沙住的全季要好，接送車是一台豐田suv電車，挺新的，這家酒店房間除了全季5.0風格自有的缺陷外，其他都挺好的，lg的洗衣機也挺好的，洗衣機在11樓，我當時住1111洗衣機就在旁邊，隔音還蠻好的房間，這酒店離高鐵站很近，房間是我住4天酒店最乾淨的一件

環境：好，高鐵站附近
