前台服務很滿意 ，很乾凈，可免費停車 ，也安靜 免費幫我們升級的房間 ，房間很好 裏面佈局 和繪畫很漂亮 ，位置理工大學附近 ，大學於南湖邊上，可以去理工學院南湖邊看風景 散步！

我來的時候衹剩一間在樓梯旁邊的房間了 那個廁所窗就在樓梯口 老闆説這間送外賣的多 有點吵 就給我換到了不遠處的星月酒店 兩邊房間都差不多 但是枕套絕對沒換（上面還有別人的頭油味）我就住一晚翻過來睡就沒説 大半夜不知道哪裡一直在洗衣服有點吵 80一晚 感覺不是很對得起這個價格

每次到岳陽都在這家店入住，主要是房間乾淨，服務很好 ，設施齊全，熱水也很給力，上網速也很快 ，價格也很優惠 ，吃完晚飯還可以到理工大學裏麪走一走 。

這家店位於理工東南郊，價格比較便宜，衞生也算乾淨。而且廁所不是馬桶，這點很值得好評。另外，老闆人也很好，還挺值得入住的。
