這家酒店的前台服務特別好，看我的訂單沒有早餐，主動給贈送了早餐，早餐種類很豐富，早上居然還有涼粉，這很少有酒店會有的哦。大堂很寬敞明亮，大堂的沙發很舒服，房間乾淨衞生，洗漱用品很高級，洗手間的洗護用品很好用，洗髮水特別香，洗完留香持久，去油效果很好，洗完很順滑，房間還有一個書桌，很方便辦公的商務客人，另外空調效果也不錯，天氣熱起來了，不開空調不行，這家酒店空調冷氣很足，打開空調房間一會兒就涼快了，遇到的服務人員態度很不錯，要幫忙拿東西都很快就送過來了。總體體驗很不錯，是下次還會選擇的酒店喲。妥妥的好評，點贊。

酒店離高鐵站很近，出行非常方便，出門就有公交車，去岳陽樓可以直達，岳陽樓周邊的景色超級棒。房間乾淨衞生，非常寬敞亮堂，和4星級酒店一樣的水平一樣，酒店很大氣。有室內室外停車場，有安保指引停車，服務很周到，房間有一個書桌帶有枱燈，特別温馨，方便商務客人處理公務。服務特別好，怕吵可以主動要求安排安靜的房間。酒店早餐特別豐富。辣椒炒肉的米粉特別好吃，還有涼粉，小料隨便加，感覺特別好。酒店服務人員也很熱情的介紹周邊的旅遊景點和美食強烈推薦這家酒店超級棒的一次入住。

岳陽東站這兩天人好多啊，我們一家也是趕着這次旅發大會慕名而來。打算訂一間離高鐵站比較近的酒店，這家維也納讓我出乎意料的驚喜，下站了打車過來衹需要幾分鐘，感覺衹有幾百米的距離。到酒店了能感受到服務挺熱情的，周邊有好幾家特色飯館。把行李放置好後，到酒店門口走走，沒想到體育中心也在旁邊，這地理位置也太好了。傍晚駕車去了洞庭湖，這晚霞美得讓我獨自沉醉了許久。如果你到岳陽，一定要在湖邊走一走，感受來自千古文華的傳承。另外，洞庭湖的魚特別好吃，名不虛傳，強力推薦品嚐一下！

來岳陽參加比賽的，剛好趁着比賽完後去岳陽樓遊玩。選擇了一家評價較高的、離奧體中心近的酒店，看評論説步行過去衹要幾分鐘。從預訂開始，前台就很有耐心地回答我的每一個問題。地理位置也十分便利，周圍有幾家特色的餐廳和值得一遊的景點；岳陽樓、君山島、熊貓苑、洞庭湖、千畝湖距離都不遠，這些景點一定要去遊玩一下！搭車即可抵達主要景點。前台還提供了豐富的當地旅遊建議。住宿經歷非常滿意，前台的友好和熱心讓人印象深刻。房間內設施齊全，彷彿就是在自己的家一樣，非常實用，確實物超所值。下次一定還會選擇再來!

沒想到酒店很好，離高鐵站和奧體中心距離真的很近，出行方便、裝修簡約高雅、白色床品、整體衞生乾淨清爽。前台小姐姐服務熱情。
無可挑剔整個入住過程愉快的且放心，房間的佈局很是簡約清新 各類設施齊住，衞生更是細緻，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，推薦!!!
環境出乎意料的好，房間很整潔，沒有濃濃的酒精味，通風很到位。價格也實惠，十分具有性價比，在窗台看下面很好
入住的維也納酒店距離岳陽有名的岳陽樓很近，不推薦自己開車過去，這兩天人太多了，前台小姐姐推薦我們打車過去，坐車過去大概二十分鐘左右。

剛到酒店，我就被它的外觀吸引了。歐式風格的建築設計，大氣又典雅，一磚一瓦彷彿都在訴説著精緻與品質。走進大堂，温暖的燈光灑在身上，瞬間驅散了旅途的疲憊。前台的工作人員熱情又專業，臉上始終掛着親切的笑容，辦理入住手續時動作熟練又迅速，還貼心地給我介紹了酒店的設施和周邊的遊玩景點。
來到房間，我更是驚喜不已。房間的佈局合理，空間寬敞明亮，每一處細節都處理得非常好。床品柔軟舒適。房間裏的設施也十分齊全、高清電視、高速網絡應有盡有，滿足了我所有的需求。而且，房間的隔音效果超棒，晚上睡覺完全不會受到外界的干擾。不得不提的還有酒店的衞生狀況，真的乾淨到讓人挑不出毛病。無論是地面、桌面還是衞生間，都一塵不染，每一個角落都經過了精心的清潔和消毒。這讓我這個有潔癖的人住得非常安心。

經朋友介紹推薦過來的，過來看球賽的。説是距離奧體中心位置特別近，果不其然，從酒店走路過去幾分鐘就到了。房間衞生做得很細膩到位，房間還配備了兩瓶免費的礦泉水。自己比較喜歡泡茶喝，想多要兩瓶水，座機打給總枱很爽快地答應了我的需求。電視是網絡電視，播放起來很流暢，顯示屏特別高清，泡着茶坐在沙發上愜意地看着電視很放鬆。房間面積個人感覺是住過連鎖酒店中最大的了，床也比較寬，一張床睡兩個人完全沒問題。早上趕高鐵怕起不來，前台貼心地詢問需不需要叫醒服務，早上睡得比較沉電話沒把我叫醒，安排的阿姨敲門叫醒得我，不然差點就睡過頭了。為前台的服務點贊
